Visibility AI works best as a team. Invite colleagues so everyone can see how your brand is doing in AI answers and pitch in on improvements.

Inviting teammates

From your account settings, invite people by email. They’ll get a link to join your organization and can start working right away.

Roles

Each member has a role that controls what they can do:

• Owner - full control of the organization, including billing. There’s always exactly one owner.
• Admin - can invite and remove members and manage everything in the organization, except transferring ownership.
• Member - can do the day-to-day work: run checks, review answers, and act on recommendations.

Pick the lowest role that lets someone do their job, and promote as needed. You can change a member’s role or remove them at any time.
